Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Infant Toddler Services Fund

Pott-Wab Infant Toddler is a local non-profit organization that provides free developmental support and services to young children. Whether a child has a diagnosed disability or needs extra help in areas such as walking, talking, eating, or behavior, the licensed team of educators and therapists partners with families to create individualized plans that support their child’s unique strengths and needs. Through a comprehensive evaluation process, we assess all areas of development—including communication, motor skills, social-emotional development, and self-help skills—while considering the child’s participation in everyday family routines and activities.
Their approach centers on collaboration and family empowerment. Once a child is evaluated and found eligible, a tailored service plan is developed with the family. Using a Primary Service Provider model, each family is paired with a dedicated professional who provides ongoing support and coaching while also drawing on the expertise of our whole interdisciplinary team. The aim is to ensure families feel supported, informed, and confident in helping their children thrive daily.
