Community Care Ministries Fund

At Community Care Ministries, our mission is simple but vital: Empowering Community to Achieve Whole-Person Wellness. We provide essential medical, mental health, food, and social services to uninsured and low-income individuals in Pottawatomie, Wabaunsee, and surrounding counties. With all services housed under one roof, CCM is uniquely positioned to offer coordinated care that improves outcomes and addresses the full spectrum of our neighbors’ needs. All in-house services are provided free of charge to eligible clients.

Your support helps fund medical visits, chronic disease management, prescription assistance, and essential food distribution programs like our monthly food pantry, senior commodities, and USDA emergency food aid. We also assist with rent, utilities, and emergency relief for families facing crises such as fires or job loss. Without generous donations, this vital safety net would not be possible.
