Jeff Birney-Fox Scholarship Fund
The Jeff Birney-Fox Scholarship Fund is established to support the educational pursuits of Wamego High School seniors who have demonstrated dedication and discipline through participation in the Wamego Kids Wrestling Club and/or the Wamego High School wrestling program. The Fund's primary purpose is to provide scholarships to these students as they continue their education at an accredited or community college.
If no eligible applicants from a wrestling background apply in a given year, the scholarship may be awarded to a senior member of the Wamego High School cross country team. This Fund honors the spirit of perseverance, commitment, and athletic excellence exemplified by Jeff Birney-Fox.
