Sunflower Children's Collective WCF Fund
Sunflower Children’s Collective is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trauma. Serving Pottawatomie County and surrounding communities, their mission is to provide victim-centered, trauma-informed services in collaboration with local partners. Through compassionate, individualized care, they strive to create a path toward safety, healing, and hope for the community's most vulnerable members.
The need for their work is urgent and ongoing. Every day, children in the area face unimaginable situations, and their agency works tirelessly to support them and their families as they navigate these difficult circumstances. Sunflower Children’s Collective operates three key programs—Sunflower CASA, Stepping Stones Child Advocacy Center (CAC), and Sunflower Bridge Child Exchange & Visitation Center (CEVC). Each program offers critical, direct services: CASA trains volunteers to advocate for children in the court system; CAC provides forensic interviews and advocacy for child victims of sexual abuse and their non-offending caregivers; and CEVC ensures safe, supervised visitation and exchanges in a secure, neutral environment. Donation directly supports these life-changing services and allow them to continue standing beside children and families when they need it most.
